About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Field Service Engineer to come join our dynamic, tight-knit and committed Sensory team providing Audiology and Balance equipment, software, and support. A full training program will be provided.
About you

* Capable to work independently and responsibly – there is a large amount of autonomy in this role as well as work part of a close and tight-knit team with other field service engineers, sales colleagues, as well as other team members across Australia and New Zealand.
* Have great customer service skills with the aim to provide the best possible service to our customers.
* Ideally you will have good technical trouble-shooting skills being able to think on your feet as well as good administrative capabilities.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office capable, happy using electronic record management systems)
* Willing to "get down and dirty," crawling under desks and plugging stuff in!
* Happy to share ideas and contribute to the success of the ANZ business – these are valued and respected
* Ideally you will have previous experience or have applicable studies.
Now for the corporate stuff:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting new equipment installations and managing onsite calibration schedules in an efficient manner.
* Perform calibrations and repairs of medical devices when required.
* Provide technical support (onsite or remotely) and product training with customers.
* Assist in order preparation including administration and planning when required.
* Maintain current customer relationships, identify and resolve customer concerns to generate revenue in a designated region.
* Help office customer support staff with customer issues and support local colleagues when needed.
* Develop and maintaining in-depth insight in the Natus product ranges and respective software packages, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of new and existing product developments.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
* Administer and action (enter/close/update) service requests in Salesforce in a timely manner as per Company procedure.
* Submit service reports on a fortnightly basis or as required by the Service Manager.
* Complete expenses using Concur and perform any other reasonable duty as may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Extensive travel is required as this role involves customer visits throughout Australia. Majority of travel will be in QLD, with potential travel to other states or New Zealand as required.
A fully maintained company car will be provided.
Education and/or experience:
Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Engineering; or three years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificate, Licenses, Registration
Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent Australian working rights. Must hold a full, clean driver's license and passport.
