LOVE Property Group is on a mission to build the biggest rent roll in Australia and we're looking for a passionate, highly organised and purpose-driven individual to join us as our Office Manager / Executive Assistant.
This role is central to ensuring our team delivers not only world-class support services internally, but also unforgettable customer experiences that keep our clients coming back. As the face and backbone of the business, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and values at every touchpoint from front-of-house presentation to digital collateral, client interactions, and everything in between.
You will lead the administration team to consistently deliver a five-star standard, whilst also working closely with the Director and Executive Operations Coordinator with day-to-day business activities and key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and oversee the administration team to ensure high performance and delivery of all internal support and customer service functions.
Uphold the presentation standards of the office environment to reflect brand expectations at all times.
Ensure all communication and touchpoints (in-person, phone, digital, print) are aligned with LOVE's brand promise, values, and vision.
Oversee and maintain consistency across digital and promotional materials (including signage, flyers, proposals, and social media collateral).
Manage the implementation and maintenance of business systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
Support the Director and Executive Operations Coordinator with operational tasks and projects as directed.
Coordinate key company events, internal awards, and cultural initiatives to enhance team engagement and morale.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and internal operations.

Real Estate or Conveyancing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
