Laboratory Administrator Coordinator (Full Time)

Laboratory Administrator Coordinator in Collingwood, Melbourne, full‐time role operating from Collingwood office, reporting to the Director of R&D.

Responsibilities

* Assist the R&D team with day‐to‐day activities to ensure seamless processing of samples and coordination of materials for the laboratory.
* Pack and dispatch samples for external testing and/or registration.
* Coordinate dispatch of samples, maintain a tracker log and ensure all results are assessed, recorded and reported in accordance with company standards.
* Lodge invoices for all R&D expenses and match them with the planned testing or order.
* Order and maintain raw material stock in collaboration with the team, including forecasting of pilot needs.
* Plan, dispatch and track all testing samples going to external independent laboratories.
* Assist with administration and functional day‐to‐day aspects of the laboratory, including ensuring sufficient raw materials, essential oils, packaging and consumables on hand.
* Maintain raw material warehouse, including conducting bi‐annual stocktake of goods.
* Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and keep the laboratory clean, arranging external cleaning when appropriate.
