About the Role This is not a role where you simply manage a roster and open and close the doors. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume convenience store, build a strong team and drive performance across sales, customer service and operations. Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will have the freedom to lead your store like your own business while being rewarded for the results you achieve. What You Will Do Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy convenience store Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Drive sales, control wages and maximise store profitability Manage inventory, stock control, ordering and merchandising standards Ensure compliance across food safety, safety and operational procedures Recruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing culture Analyse reports and implement action plans to improve store results Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused team environment What You Will Bring Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, wages and sales performance A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Confidence managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands Experience within convenience, fuel, supermarket, quick service or high-volume retail will be highly regarded What's in it for You!
