As a strategic marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing client relationships and spearheading impactful marketing campaigns. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through effective brand strategy and tactical execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Growth
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
* Facilitate growth planning sessions to identify new opportunities and capitalise on existing ones.
* Present compelling creative ideas to clients, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and objectives.
* Work with senior directors to develop comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing plans.
2. Account Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and transparency.
* Ensure projects remain on track by providing clear briefs and expectations.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients, proactively flagging risks or exciting opportunities as they arise.
3. Marketing Execution & Content
* Develop high-quality content across various digital channels, including social media, web, and email marketing.
* Assist in managing and scheduling marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to ad development and basic support tasks.
* Present campaign performance data in a clear, concise manner, free from jargon.
4. Project Management & Oversight
* Coordinate marketing and web projects using project management tools, ensuring seamless task and approval workflows.
* Confirm director sign-off and payment milestones before progressing to new project phases.
* Maintain organised documentation and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Team Collaboration
* Work closely with designers, developers, and digital marketers to deliver cohesive marketing solutions.
* Contribute thoughtfully to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
* Support influencer outreach and partnership opportunities as needed, aligning with business goals.
6. Development & Upskilling
* Cultivate complementary marketing skills through ongoing learning and development.
* Stay abreast of evolving digital trends, incorporating best practices into your work.
* Progress toward a senior brand strategy advisory role, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
