The Victorian Bar is the professional membership association representing more than 2,200 practising barristers in Victoria.
The Victorian Bar is seeking to develop service agreements with providers to deliver mental health support to members, VicBar Readers and their families. Successful tenderers be able to demonstrate direct experience with supporting clients in some of the following areas:
* Trauma-informed practice, including trauma treatment
* Treatment of anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and burnout
* Work-life balance and adjustment difficulties
* Substance use and addictive behaviours
* Interpersonal and relationship difficulties
* The unique stressors of legal practice, particularly the independent Bar
* Supporting clients who are living with disability
