Our client is a modern, patient-focused optometry practice seeking a friendly and organised retail assistant to join their team full-time. Optical experience is an advantage, but not nessary as full training will be provided.
The Role
This is a dual role combining front desk reception and eyewear sales. You will:
* Welcome clients and manage appointments, calls, and emails
* Assist with frame and sunglass selection based on style and prescription needs
* Recommend lens options to enhance vision and comfort
* Perform basic frame adjustments and minor repairs
* Order and track eyewear, maintain stock, and support day-to-day admin
* Work closely with optometrists to ensure a smooth patient experience
About You
* Strong customer service / retail experience
* Well-presented with a good sense of style
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
* Comfortable using computers (Word/Excel)
