The Role
We are seeking a warm, capable Receptionist to join our welcoming front‑of‑house team. As the first point of contact, you'll create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. In this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you will:

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in medical, allied health, or customer-facing support
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to warmly greet clients, manage bookings, and handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* Proven ability to manage a busy front desk, phone lines, appointment scheduling, and admin tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency using practice management software (e.g., Cliniko, Nookal) email systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
* Ability to work closely with clinical and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity when interacting with clients who have mobility, cognitive, or communication challenges
* Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and independently (e.g., late arrivals, scheduling conflicts).
* Understanding of NDIS and aged care funding models (highly desirable)

Qualifications
* First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
