Our client is looking for a CRM Systems Administrator to manage and improve their CRM platforms. You'll ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and system scalability, while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Administer user roles, permissions, and access.
* Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
* Manage Salesforce releases and feature adoption.
* Support data processing and reporting.
* Conduct security scans and health checks.
* Train staff on CRM updates and enhancements.
* Maintain licensing and onboarding/offboarding processes.
*Qualifications & Skills*
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in CRM administration, including user and security management.
* Proficiency in designing custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service and Visualforce.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
