You will:
Provide positive first contact by efficiently addressing email & phone enquiries Collaborate with participants and families to understand their unique needs Partner with service delivery to match services to specific care needs Uphold NDIS principles and relevant legislation in all processes Generate insightful reports on client data, trends, and positive outcomes Proactively engage with funding bodies to facilitate resource access Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless collaboration You Will Have Strong communication skills to forge and maintain positive relationships, contributing to a collaborative environment Confidence to uphold service user privacy and confidentiality Adaptable, exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting Keen attention to detail and proactive initiative Ability to work autonomously to drive results Proven experience in managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines Sound understanding of person-centred thinking, the principles of the NDIS, and the National Disability Service Standard Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services or relevant experience highly desired About Us Westhaven is committed to being the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
