**The Prospect**
We have a unique and exciting prospect for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join the iNova People & Culture team in Chatswood, NSW on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the People and Culture Director, ANZ you will be responsible for managing the end to end payroll function, HR administration & HRIS activities along with the coordination and promotion of our in-house employee benefits program.
- Key accountabilities of this position include: _
- Administering and calculating employee commissions & incentives
- Processing annual salary and benefits reviews
- Managing worker's compensation claims in partnership with a third party
- Responsibility for HR administration & HRIS activities that cover diverse areas within HR such as new hire activities, on boarding, off-boarding, workforce reporting, learning & development
- Liaising with external parties on taxation, superannuation and statutory reporting
- General management reporting for budgets and special projects
- Updating HR systems with current and correct information for all employees
**About You**
- To be considered for this role, you will possess: _
- Experience in managing and delivering a standalone end-to-end payroll service and HR administration in a fast-paced organisation
- Solid Excel skills paired with an interest in reporting
- High attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and practical experience using ADP, and an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working across Australia and New Zealand
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation (including Up-to-date Awards & Enterprise Agreements), superannuation and statutory requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to ensure key initiatives are delivered on time
