Overview
As our first dedicated Podiatrist, you'll bring your expertise to residents in our Residential Aged Care homes and clients in Community Aged Care. You'll deliver evidence-based podiatry services that improve wellbeing and quality of life, because every step counts.
You'll work closely with caring teams, share your knowledge, and help us build something special. This is more than a job; it's a chance to create a service that truly makes a difference.
What You'll Do
* Provide podiatry assessments and tailored treatment plans.
* Deliver routine and complex foot care, including wound management and biomechanical assessments.
* Support high-risk foot management (diabetic foot, vascular issues).
* Educate staff and families on foot health and prevention.
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best-practice standards.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Podiatry + AHPRA registration.
* Checks: DHS NDIS Worker Screening & driver's licence.
* Experience: Aged care or chronic disease management experience (or a strong interest!).
* Skills: High-risk foot care, wound management, and great communication.
