The Learning Support Assistant position is designed to provide individualized assistance to students with additional learning needs, closely collaborating with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work in collaboration with teachers to support students with disabilities and special needs.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and other support staff to ensure seamless student support.
* Provide administrative support and utilize Microsoft Office 365 skills for efficient workflow management.
* Pursue teamwork and contribute positively to the college's programs and initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* A relevant diploma such as Diploma of Early Childhood and Care or equivalent experience/training.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with disabilities and special needs.
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and support.
* Demonstrated good administrative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
