* Coordinate and execute events, receptions, and commemorations.
* Manage event logistics, marketing materials, and public relations efforts.
* Develop and maintain databases for volunteers and events.
* Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and digital content.
* Maintain and update the website and social media platforms to enhance online presence.
* Promote awareness and engagement with the community regarding Cairns RSL Sub Branch initiatives.
* Foster partnerships and secure sponsorships to support fundraising endeavors.
* Provide professional reception and administrative assistance.
