This position will suit an experienced Retail Manager or a capable Administration Manager ready to step into a broader, commercially focused role.
About the Role
You will take ownership of day to day retail management across a small portfolio, contributing to operational excellence and financial performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
* Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting and P and L reporting
* Manage tenancy coordination, arrears and identify additional income opportunities including mall leasing
* Monitor monthly sales performance and assist with reporting and KPI development
* Support compliance, operational standards and safety practices across the centres
Skills and Experience
* Experience within retail property or a related commercial environment, with a willingness to grow
* Strong financial capability including budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions focused approach
