Due to increased business demands, they are seeking two motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their team.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
You will provide day-to-day support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth order management and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer emails and providing ETAs on deliveries
Chasing POD (Proof of Delivery) dockets and updating records
Handling low-volume phone calls professionally and efficiently
Having a basic understanding of accounts, including debits and credits
Reviewing invoices
Updating customer and order information in SAP
Using basic Excel skills to track and manage data
Supporting general administration and operational tasks as required
About You
Previous experience in a customer service or office administration role
Confidence handling emails, phone calls, and basic accounts processes
Basic working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
Basic Excel skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday, on-site, in a collaborative team environment
