Job Description
* Guide, coach and inspire store teams
* Manage 30+ stores and 200+ team members across metro, regional and remote locations
* Fixed‐term 12‐month contract based in Perth
A day in your life as a BWS Area Manager
* Drive the Vision: Lead, coach, and motivate a multi‐site team of Store Managers to execute the BWS strategy and create a sociable future.
* Deliver the Strategy: Contribute to and implement BWS operational plans within the State and Area to ensure the overall business strategy is successfully achieved.
* Shape the Culture: Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations to build an inclusive and positive team environment.
* Collaborate and Simplify: Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences while simplifying processes for store teams.
* Lead Horizontally: Model horizontal ways of working; share learnings, solve business problems and scale best practices to elevate customer and team experiences.
* Champion Talent: Identify and develop team talent to build a strong pipeline for the future.
Qualifications
About you
* Strategic Leader: Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio, driving operational standards and culture remotely.
* Leader of Leaders: Proven success leading large teams within a retail or similar fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment.
* Change Agent: Highly adaptable, big‐picture thinking, and able to guide and inspire teams through transitions.
* Data‐Driven Decision Making: Adept at using data insights to spot trends and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Safety & Regulatory Leadership: Experience in regulated environments is highly regarded.
* Mobile: Flexible to travel as required.
