About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team in the caravan industry. As a key liaison between our customers and the workshop team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences, ensuring all service, repair, and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
* Understand customer requirements and accurately record all service and repair needs.
* Schedule service and repair appointments.
* Prepare and explain service, job cards, and work authorizations.
* Communicate job progress, costs, and any additional repair needs to customers in a timely and clear manner.
* Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work and proper documentation.
* Conduct inspections on completed work orders and coordinate customer handovers.
* Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively, escalating as needed.
* Promote additional products and services, including accessories, warranties, and servicing plans.
* Maintain accurate service records using company systems.
