Hudson is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to deliver strategic procurement, category management, and supplier engagement while ensuring compliance, value, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-value or high-risk procurement projects by developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that meet business needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Advise on contracts, variations, exemptions, and disputes by providing expert analysis and guidance on contractual agreements and resolving complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hold a degree or professional qualification in business, procurement, supply chain, law, economics, or commerce.
* Have strong procurement, sourcing, and contract management experience, including the ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-stakes procurement projects.
* Possess project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Be able to drive value and manage risk by developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that meet business needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
