Job Description
As a professional services firm focused on helping companies discover, create, make, and sell better products with digital, our consultants are passionate about helping clients transform their operations and navigate emerging technologies.
We are looking for a consulting leader to join our team and help grow our digital practice across Australia and New Zealand. As a manager, you will guide clients through complex transformations, lead consulting teams, and support the growth and maturity of our regional practice.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a flat, collaborative consulting environment with access to global expertise and a strong local culture.
Responsibilities
1. Client Delivery: Lead client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable impact. Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.
2. Manage delivery teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects. Maintain personal utilization.
3. Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactively resolve delivery issues. Embed scalable methodologies and best practices in project execution.
4. Oversee governance structures and project reporting. Act as escalation point for critical issues during project delivery.
People & Practice Development
1. Coach and mentor consultants to support career growth and skill development. Lead development of new services, frameworks, and methodologies.
2. Build and scale the regional practice with hiring, training, and operational leadership. Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
3. Drive internal knowledge management and capability building. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
Business Development
1. Identify, qualify, and close consulting opportunities. Develop compelling proposals and solution concepts.
2. Cultivate long-term client relationships and represent us in the market. Partner with global teams to introduce differentiated solutions and capabilities.
3. Leverage industry networks to position us as a trusted advisor. Support strategic account planning in partnership with sales.
Financial Management
1. Support practice growth. Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
2. Contribute to regional and global financial reporting as needed.
The Essentials - You Will Have
1. Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or advisory roles.
3. Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and drive business development. Strong understanding of digital technologies and IT/OT convergence.
4. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Willingness to travel.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
1. SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
2. Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
