This is an opportunity to contribute to a safe and supportive healthcare environment, ensuring the well-being of patients while upholding best practices and clinical standards.As a key member of our healthcare team, you will:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and health assessments within your scope of practice.Support and collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services.Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and health surveillance activities.Respond to medical emergencies and provide treatment as required within your qualifications.Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.Contribute to the induction and supervision of new staff and students, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork.To be successful in this role, you'll have:Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA.Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience, ideally in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing.Comprehensive clinical knowledge and the ability to deliver safe, patient-centered care.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.A commitment to cultural awareness and ethical healthcare practice, ensuring respect and inclusivity for diverse populations.Please note: This position is only open to Australian citizens and permanent residents.
