Job Title: Inventory Controller
Location: Clifton
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and robust inventories within ERP live systems on site, including daily and monthly stock reconciliations and inward goods maintenance, booking, and entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with OHS/WHS legislation.
* Participate in planned site meetings.
* Maintain HACCP accreditation requirements.
* Follow daily administration processing procedures.
* Complete ERP system inventory reports.
* Conduct inbound receival checking and verification.
* Complete production reporting checks and corrective actions.
* Perform daily bagging checks and manual entry within the ERP system.
* Lead and participate in monthly stocktakes.
* Manage CHEP control and office-related expenses.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
* Ability to relate to all levels of management.
* High attention to detail.
* Good understanding of business and site processes.
* Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
* Able to work with Office and Microsoft AX programs.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in administration or accounting are desirable.
