We are on the lookout for an experienced office administrator for our Commercial Construction client based in Mount Gravatt. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Our client specialises in Commercial Fitouts, delivering quality projects across Health, Education and Corporate Office Spaces.
The Role:
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office organised and supporting the project and management teams. No two days are the same and you'll be involved in a bit of everything.
* Answering phones and dealing with enquiries
* Managing inbound and outbound emails
* Assisting with HR Administration such as staff onboarding, compliance and annual leave requests
* Overseeing company insurances, keeping track of renewals and identifying any required policy amendments
* Office coordination including organising meetings, ordering supplies and general office administration
About You:
* You'll have previous experience in office administration, within a construction company would be a bonus but not essential
* Organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
