The Position
A healthier future drives us to innovate and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. This role focuses on delivering Roche Diagnostics Australia's annual targets through a customer-focused approach, enabling our customers to succeed with market-leading solutions.
Responsibilities
* Exceed all financial targets from revenue and operating profit, while collaborating to support other portfolios and achieve targets
* Engage with leaders and peers to drive curiosity and success, enhance your sales skills, and achieve strong commercial results
* Be the key contact for all matters impacting the customer or Roche Diagnostics Australia within the core laboratory portfolio in your territory
* With support from the National Sales Manager, lead the core laboratory portfolio within your territory in commercial decision making, negotiations, solution design and market performance analysis
* Leverage market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness
* Own all opportunities in the pipeline with a deep understanding of what is driving Roche Diagnostics Australia's strategy
* Support colleagues when required to lift performance
* Embrace Roche's sales culture and opportunity management practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
* Take a proactive approach to sales with a clear skill to execute
* Ensure that pre-tender shaping occurs throughout the sales cycle
Who You Are / Qualifications
* 3 years' experience of successful complex sales execution in the core laboratory portfolio across Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay and Haematology (or related diagnostics) with a passion for ensuring the success of our customers
* Established knowledge of the core laboratory portfolio with a curious mindset to continue to grow, expand and protect the portfolio in a highly competitive market
* Strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement
* Ability to translate complex subjects into simple, understandable terms and use storytelling to drive outcomes
* Availability to travel interstate and nationally to proactively support your team in the field as required
* Experience working in a core laboratory would be an added benefit
* Commit to owning your professional development
* The ability to think and plan strategically
* Ideally able to work in an agile way
* High computer literacy and technical ability
* A valid driver's license is essential
* Full eligibility to live and work in Australia
