Our client is looking for a stellar Group Digital Lead who have digital experience and have worked at a media agency or media brands.
**Job summary**:
The Group Digital Lead must have digital experience and ideally have worked at a media agency. This role is working on our client's largest patch with a very commercial focus, hence someone that is working externally with clients on the agency side.
This role will be pushing innovation and at the forefront of driving influence across ecommerce, content and video being the pioneers.
**Job responsibilities**:
Revenue Generating
- Lead and support the aligned GSD territory to develop cross functional responses to deliver revenue growth across data, product, media and e-commerce solutions.
- Form part of our client's core working group on all digital responses to integrating digital product solutions that drive brief outcomes for our clients. Identify key strategic industry segments and client partnerships.
- Partner with the internal stakeholders to build out opportunities relevant for top clients, using our unique data capability coupled with product innovation.
- Create digital strategy underpinned by Intent Connect audience & insights connecting our audience intelligence to solving client media and marketing problems.
Client
- Partner with Sales leaders to showcase understanding clients digital marketing strategies and aligning our products and services to their commercial and marketing priorities.
- Effectively communicate complex digital strategies in simple and easy to understand presentations to the client.
- Assist in reviewing and working with the sales team to present engagement and sales performance analytics and findings to senior clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new digital initiatives.
Operational
- Implement high-performance culture and standards across the national team. As they are a matrix organisation they must create formal structures with informal teams for collaborative business results across sales, integration, product, CS&I and ecommerce.
People
- Be a highly engaged and driving team member.
