Role & Responsibilities: - Manage direct enquiries and refer on to the relevant department for a response - Manage high volume of queries via phone, email and workflow follow up as required - Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer enquiry and provide a high level of communication - Observe confidentiality relating to consumers, their records and organisational matters at all times - Coordination and maintenance of office facilities including mail, shared facilities, meeting rooms and greeting of external contractors. - Build effective relationships with people we serve with a simplified approach, effectively identifying needs and resolving concerns in a seamless customer experience - De-escalation of customer complaints to reach a suitable outcome - Create and maintain relevant documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorisation/approval. - Ensure all relevant information pertaining to assessments are well documented and communicated to relevant internal stakeholders. - Report clear and accurate information about complaints and other items for escalation into relevant systems including R3 and Mex. - Maintain records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. - Previous experience in a relevant role with demonstrated ability to meet objectives - Demonstrated experience in stakeholder/customer relationship management - Ability to deliver complex information in a simple and clear manner - Demonstrated capabilities in the application of Microsoft Office suite of products - Experience working in community services, aged care or NDIS - Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance - Willingness to obtain a police check We offer a leading Christian presence to our community through our parishes, four schools, Anglican Care and Samaritans. n Our vision is for people to flourish because of what we do, inspired by the way of Jesus. n We provide a culturally safe environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and welcome all applications. n You must have the right to live and work in Australia. n No third-party applications please n 15 January 2026 Newcastle New South Wales, Australia Contract/Temp Call Centre & Customer Service Customer Service - Call Centre Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3ahmz5 Customer Engagement Specialist (Newcastle) Ngare Employment Solutions Newcastle### Reply to this offerImpress this employer describing Your skills and abilities, fill out the form below and leave Your personal touch in the presentation letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
