The Opportunity
Due to continued, sustainable growth, we are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Surveyor to play a key role within the team. You'll work alongside a capable group of surveyors and technicians, take ownership of projects, mentor junior staff and contribute to the technical direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and provide technical guidance to survey field teams
* Prepare and review subdivision and strata plans
* Ensure compliance with relevant surveying standards and regulations
* Oversee DP requirements, calculations and complex boundary definitions
* Plan and coordinate survey projects to meet timelines and resource demands
About You
* Degree qualified in Surveying (essential)
* 5+ years' experience across cadastral projects (subdivisions, roads, TfNSW exposure highly regarded)
* Strong technical capability and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys mentoring and supporting junior staff
* Experience leading teams and managing project workflows
* Registered Surveyor (or working towards) is highly regarded
* Full Australian working rights

Note: for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of a mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed‐term roles.
