Risk Analyst

**How will I help?**
We are seeking a dedicated Risk Analyst to join our Customer Screening Department, responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring of customer profiles. These roles are integral in ensuring bank's compliance with AML and CTF regulations.
You will be responsible in conducting Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) on Increased Risk Trigger and Customer Screening and contacting Business Units, Branches, Relationship Managers to obtain information required to adhere to the ECDD standards and the AML Operations Agreement.
**Key Role Requirements**
- Conducting customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews.
- Analysing alerts generated by the screening system to identify potential risks.
- Escalating any suspicious activities or findings to the relevant teams for further investigation.
- Reviewing and assessing the impact of jurisdictional changes and political exposure on customer profiles.
- Collaborating with various internal teams, including transaction monitoring and major investigations.

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience in Banking and Financial Crime would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of AML and CTF regulations (desirable).
