We are seeking a high-calibre Analyst to join a growing real estate investment and development team with responsibility across a 2bn portfolio of Commercial Real Estate assets.
This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role working across asset management, development analytics and investment reporting, ideal for someone with 3–5 years' experience who wants exposure across the full asset lifecycle.
You will work closely with senior Asset Managers, Development Managers and Project Managers, supporting decision-making through strong financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Asset Management & Investment Analytics
* Build and maintain asset-level financial models, budgets and forecasts
* Support asset business plans, capex analysis and value creation initiatives
* Assist with leasing, capital works and asset optimisation analysis
* Prepare and support monthly and quarterly investment reporting
Development & Feasibility Analysis
* Run and update development feasibilities, sensitivities and scenario analysis
* Analyse project costs, returns, IRRs and funding structures
* Support development approvals, investment papers and internal committees
* Work closely with Development and Project Management teams on live projects
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
* Pull together inputs from Project Managers, Operations and Finance
* Prepare clear, accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
* Support transaction analysis, acquisitions and divestments as required
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in real estate (fund manager, developer, asset manager, advisory or valuation)
* Very strong financial and analytical skills with deep understanding of real estate numbers
* Advanced Excel modelling capability (estate master exposure viewed favourably)
* Strong understanding of asset management, development and investment fundamentals
* Detail-oriented, commercially minded and comfortable owning analysis end-to-end
* Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders
