About The Role:
This is not your conventional SDS role. While your primary responsibility will be generating and qualifying leads, you will also have the unique opportunity to close deals, gaining valuable end-to-end sales experience. In addition, this role requires versatility—you will wear multiple hats across marketing, operations, and finance (billing support). You won't be doing it alone—there's a dedicated team to support these functions, but we value individuals who are willing to step in and contribute where needed as we continue growing. This is a hunter role, with the majority of your time spent proactively identifying and pursuing new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
* Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
* Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
* Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and move prospects through the buying journey.
* Take ownership of closing smaller deals while collaborating on larger sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor account managers to drive sales initiatives.
* Assist with marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and content distribution.
* Provide operational support, including CRM updates and reporting.
* Collaborate with the finance team to assist in customer billing when required.
* Contribute to a high-performance culture by proactively seeking learning opportunities and supporting team goals.
