The Opportunity As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to develop accurate pricing, identify risks and opportunities, and influence tender strategy from early engagement through to submission.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end preparation of major infrastructure tenders ($20M–$200M+)
Develop pricing strategies, methodologies, and risk assessments
Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and commercial teams
Influence bid strategy and early contractor involvement discussions
Ensure high-quality, timely tender submissions
Identify opportunities to improve win rates and commercial outcomes
About You
Extensive experience in estimating or pre-contracts within civil infrastructure
Proven track record on projects $20M+
Strong commercial, risk and methodology understanding
Ability to lead complex tenders under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
