Senior Client Services Officer

Responsibilities
* Manage and process superannuation administration work items end-to-end, including customer liaison via phone and email.
* Contribute to basic project work to support the leadership team.
* Liaise with advisors, solicitors, promoters, trustees, members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
* Catalogue and organise records for reference, auditing, and reporting purposes.
* Document process steps for all activity types, including checklists and processing milestones.
* Perform quality and peer checks at a senior level.
* Report monthly on work volumes, SLA adherence, and systemic issues across all activities.
* Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate manager.
* Provide backup support as required.
