Assessment Clinician
We are seeking a skilled Assessment Clinician to join our team. The role will involve the provision of AOD specific screening, assessment, and referral for clients accessing both BCHS AOD services, and external AOD services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provision of AOD specific screening, assessment, and initial treatment planning
* Referral for clients accessing both BCHS AOD services, and external AOD services
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless treatment and support pathways
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field, and have demonstrated experience working within the AOD sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to integrate the social model of health into practice.
