The role
This position provides leadership across the corporate accounting and reporting functions during a period of change. You’ll be responsible for overseeing financial consolidation, managing a motivated team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of qualified accountants to deliver accurate and timely reporting
- Oversee consolidation and reporting across a complex, international group structure
- Take ownership of the external audit process, ensuring efficiency and cost control
- Strengthen financial processes and controls, driving continuous improvement
- Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and performance management
- Support business integration projects and ensure accurate balance sheet positions
About you
- Extensive group reporting experience across multi-entity or international environments
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams
- Experience managing external audits and driving process enhancements
- Commercially focused, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Confident communicator with a collaborative and outcome-driven approach
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
