**Our Client**:
Our client are a Cloud ICT consultancy that does things well. They are a small team of engineer's across Systems administrators, Endpoint support specialists and consultants by trade. They work closely with federal government agencies, and in this role you will be working as an Endpoint support specialist on a project that is changing the face of the Brisbane city
**The Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deployment of desktop software and systems utilising SCCM. You will be writing lots of Powershell scripts to automate simple tasks and spend a good amount of your time packaging & updating within SCCM.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planning, execution, and maintenance of desktop system deployments using SCCM, including operating system upgrades, software installations, patches, and security updates.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SCCM deployments and provide timely and effective support
- Writing scripts in Powershell for automation
- Packaging & updating systems within SCCM
- Working in an enterprise environment
**About You**:
- Experience working as a rollout engineer and using SCCM deployment methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows) and familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization of SCCM deployments
- Experience working in either Enterprise, Government or an MSP environment is beneficial
