We're seeking an exceptional Facilities Manager to lead across our five Melbourne wellness clubs.

The Role
As Facilities Manager, you'll lead a preventative maintenance programme, manage specialist contractors, uphold WH&S compliance, and ensure all critical amenities run seamlessly with minimal downtime.
You'll be the guardian of Saint Haven's luxury environment — ensuring the presentation, safety, and performance of our facilities are nothing short of immaculate.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading preventative and reactive maintenance across all clubs
Overseeing pool & spa plant, water treatment, and testing regimes
Managing commercial kitchen equipment & hospitality back-of-house systems
Ensuring rapid response to maintenance requests
Managing contractors and service providers
Upholding WH&S and essential safety measures
Supporting new club openings and engineering projects
State-of-the-art wellness and gym facilities
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in luxury hotels, wellness clubs, aquatic facilities, or hospitality operations
Strong technical expertise across:
Water chemistry, testing & filtration
HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
Exceptional attention to detail and passion for premium environments
A proactive and solution-focused mindset
Strong communication and contractor management skills
