Priceline Pharmacy Murray Bridge is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our front-of-shop operations. This is a full-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our vibrant retail pharmacy space.
As the Retail Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment while driving team performance and ensuring our high merchandising standards are upheld.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading and motivating the front-of-shop team to provide outstanding customer service
* Managing staff performance, training, onboarding, and development
* Overseeing rosters, stock levels, merchandising, and promotional activity
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures
* Supporting store KPIs and maintaining a visually appealing retail space
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a retail management role (pharmacy or health & beauty sector highly regarded)
* A strong passion for customer care, team leadership, and store presentation
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to sales and staff development
* Availability to work full-time and flexibility to adapt to store needs
