**Job Description:**
The successful applicant will work closely with clients to tailor services and support them into meaningful employment. You'll develop strong relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for participants. Additionally, you'll enhance employability through referrals to support services and training, provide in-employment support to sustain employment, market participants' skills to prospective employers, and achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.

* Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
* Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
* Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
* Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
* Marketing your participants' skills to prospective employers
* Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
We are looking for individuals who are passionate, motivated, and possess a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment. You should have strong customer service skills and be able to build positive relationships with participants and employers. A quality-focused individual with attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines is also essential. Additionally, problem-solving skills, technical savvy, and confidence in using computers and online systems are highly valued.
