Central Regional TAFE is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Accessibility Support Officer. This position requires an individual with expertise in creating inclusive learning environments and providing support strategies for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, establish, and implement support strategies to assist people with disabilities in accessing and participating in college programs and services.
* Coordinate the Accessibility Learning System to ensure that all students have equal access to educational opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Student Services Team, Lecturers, and other College staff to provide comprehensive support to students with disabilities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external community and agency representatives, family, carers, and other support providers to enhance student outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
* Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s) may be required to work for the College.
* Overseas qualifications can be assessed by the Overseas Qualifications Unit (OQU).
