Job Description
The role of Clinical Team Leader is a critical position in our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for leading a team of mental health clinicians, providing evidence-based interventions and contributing to the delivery of responsive, recovery-oriented services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor/Master's degree in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or Social Work (clinical preferred)
* Minimum 8+ years' experience in mental health settings, including at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
* Proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate a clinical team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise effectively
* Demonstrated experience in undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments and developing intervention plans
