* Caseload: Manage a varied, mixed-ages generalist caseload across speech, literacy, AAC, fluency, and swallowing
* Work Setting: Flexibility to choose a fully clinic-based role or combine clinic and community work
* Multidisciplinary Team: Opportunity to join a new monthly MDT outreach program to rural FNQ communities (e.g. Mareeba, Cooktown)
* Experienced SP Team: Be supported by Allied Health Assistants and a Clinical Lead with 9+ years of Speech Pathology experience
* Manageable Billable Expectations that encourage work/life balance. 25 Billables a week, with a bonus structure if you exceed your target due to complex clients.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers license and own vehicle
