Job Description Our client is a successful, growing company within the Trades and Services industry.
Based from their inner Brisbane location, this passionate team have an opportunity for a Junior Administration Trainee to join the business.
The Opportunity In the position of Junior Business Administration Trainee, you will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain a professional demeanour and enjoy working in a thriving, fast paced environment.
This traineeship will see you receive ongoing training in business administration skills.
After 12 months of successfully completed on-the-job and off-the-job training you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration.
You will provide general administrative support to the team including: Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries or escalating where required Creating, updating and closing work orders in internal systems Assisting with job scheduling, technician coordination and daily allocations Updating and uploading documents, service reports and compliance records to customer and internal portals Maintaining accurate records including asset registers, contact lists and compliance documentation Assisting with data entry, document preparation and general filing Supporting timesheets, purchase orders and basic invoice or account queries Assisting with training records, licences, uniforms and safety documentation Providing general office support including stationery management and assisting office staff as required What's in it for you?

This is a full-time career opportunity to commence your career in Business Administration that will see you working a standard week of 38 hours, Monday to Friday.
