Manager - Tax Policy and Controversy

As a Manager in Tax Controversy & Policy, you will advise clients on a broad range of tax matters with a focus on the technical and tactical management of all things tax. This position is based in Perth and can be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
Your key responsibilities are:
* Actively engage in resolving complex tax disputes, including alternative dispute resolution, and support clients in responding to ATO reviews and audits.
* Draft high-quality advice, objections, private binding ruling requests, requests for amended assessments and penalty submissions.
Skills and qualifications required include:
* Law Degree
* Admitted to practice
* Tax technical skills or the ability to acquire
* Ability to develop strong and broad relationships with clients and provide a high level of client service
* Ability to work with a number of different clients and internal stakeholders on multiple deadlines
