Full Time Field Based Role

Your role will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
What you will do:
1. Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
2. Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
3. Manage inventory on your Company allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
4. Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base
5. Join the leading forklift service business in Australia – the largest in the country
6. Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
7. Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – reactive & planned
8. Maintain accurate service records of your work

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties
1. Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
2. Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
3. Record notes and file service records properly
4. Provide high-level customer service and support
5. Access industry-leading training and development, including opportunities to train less experienced technicians
6. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies
7. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services
8. Partner with the Company to maximize additional sales and services
Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
* Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
