The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven Talent Manager to work with our real estate and property consultants supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to develop strong candidate relationships. This candidate focused role is a great stepping stone into becoming a Recruitment Consultant in future.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

* Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice

* Real estate or property industry experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proven results mindset
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident negotiator and problem solver
* Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
