The Role
Were seeking a passionate, driven, and authentic Store Manager with a solid background in retail to join and lead our team at our Geraldton store.
A person with a positive can-do attitude, energetic, has a passion for developing an efficient team, and most importantly be able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
This role leads and drives a team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store.
About You
Your role is to be a "people focused" Store Manager who loves to lead and drive a team to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales goals and profit for your store, while demonstrating your personal passion for engaging with customers.
To succeed in this role, you must be a leader who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower your team.

* Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive both sales and cost efficiency
* Leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams with confidence and consistency
* Showing a relentless drive for success, always seeking out best practices in store operations and customer experience
* Applying your creative flair to innovative retail strategies and eye-catching visual merchandising
* Approaching every task with sharp attention to detail and professionalism
