About the Role
The role of a Justice Officer is multifaceted and challenging, requiring a high level of administrative support and business acumen.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing reception and concierge functions to clients while also handling various administrative tasks related to Justice Services.
This position involves collaboration with other teams to provide relief, support, and assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support across multiple Justice Services, including Sheriff's and Community Correctional Services;
* Offering relief, support, and assistance in corporate service functions within the region as needed;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess well-developed computer literacy and an understanding of working within a correctional environment. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations is also essential.
In addition, excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
