Onboarding Specialist
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to support our clients get the most out of FlowLogic from day one. In this role, you'll guide new customers through their onboarding journey – setting up their systems, walking them through key workflows, and helping them feel confident using our platform.
You'll play a key role in creating a seamless start-to-finish experience that drives engagement, builds trust, and sets the foundation for long-term success with FlowLogic.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Onboarding Team Leader, you will:
* Deliver onboarding sessions that help customers configure their systems and get started confidently.
* Provide responsive, friendly, and helpful communication throughout the onboarding process.
* Understand each customer's goals and tailor onboarding to suit their needs.
* Proactively resolve queries or issues, escalating when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
* Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handovers.
* Share insights and feedback to improve the onboarding experience for future customers.
* Keep onboarding documentation and records up to date.
* Follow internal processes and use systems confidently to track progress and performance.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance onboarding workflows.
* Support the wider team with ideas, initiative, and collaboration.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer service, support, or account coordination).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills; you enjoy helping people succeed.
* Confidence using systems and learning new technology.
* A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to process improvements.
* High integrity, accountability, and initiative; you take ownership and get things done.
* Bonus: based on or near the Sunshine Coast (preferred), but open to remote candidates across Australia.
