Love the water? Passionate about teaching and creating safe, fun experiences? Join our Sailing Club as an Instructor Sailing & Paddle Hub Assistant - Yarralumla and help people of all ages and abilities gain confidence on the water.
As an instructor, you'll ensure every session is safe, engaging, and fun while delivering high-quality coaching in line with Australian Sailing policies. Our inclusive, community-focused environment welcomes families, school-aged children, older adults, and people with disabilities.
What You'll Do
* Lead exciting, safe, and well-structured sailing and paddleboarding sessions.
* Engage with participants to create a welcoming and positive experience.
* Ensure equipment is set up and ready for every session.
* Work as part of a supportive and professional team.
* Monitor safety, assess risks, and maintain equipment.
What You'll Need
* Australian Sailing Instructor Certificate
* Australian Sailing Powerboat Handling Certificate
* Australian Sailing Level 2 Certificate
* Current First Aid/CPR Certificates
* Current Driver's License
