The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to a high standard
Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
Valid food safety certification required
Supporting menu development and specials
Working efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Leading and mentoring kitchen assistants and cooks
What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar chef role (Italian cuisine or fast-paced kitchen preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of chef experience required
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Pride in presentation and consistency
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and genuine love for food
Valid work visa required for this position
